摘要
在过去 2 0年中 ,全球风险投资业蓬勃发展。与之相比 ,我国风险投资业发展缓慢落后 ,风险投资机制不健全问题明显暴露出来。其中的退出机制问题尤为突出 ,正成为我国高技术产业发展和新经济成长的巨大障碍。要改变我国风险投资事业的落后面貌 ,就必须解决风险投资企业的退出问题 。
During the past 20 years, the development of China's venture capital investment industry is slow and falls behind, and the venture capital investment mechanism is not sound as well. However, the most critical problem among them is the withdrawal mechanism, which had been the biggest obstacle in the development of the high-tech industry and the new economy in China. Starting from the analysis of the withdrawal environment of China's venture capital investment enterprises (VCIE), this article focuses on the withdrawal environment and policy\|making after making a comparison with the western countries, and then makes some thinking and suggestions .
