Russian Foreign Policy to USA at Turn of Centuries

冷战后的俄罗斯对美政策走上了一条艰难道路 ,其重大变化是外交战略调整的结果。在大国外交战略的决定性影响下 ,俄对美政策的变化主要表现在 :寻求合作 ,避免孤立或发生对抗 ;反对美国“挤压”,维护本国安全 ;推进多极化 ,反对美国独霸世界。处在内外困境之中的俄罗斯对美政策具有被动性、灵活性等特点。而且 ,它虽有强硬色彩 ,但其基点在于同美国合作而不是对抗。当前 ,这一政策不可能主导俄美关系的发展趋势 。

Since the end of cold war, Russian foreign policy to USA has been on a hard and groping way, the foreign strategy's adjustment has resulted in great changes .Under the deciding influence of power's foreign strategy, the changes are as following: looking for cooperation, escaping isolation and confronting; opposing USA's extrusion, protecting Russian safety; accelerating the procession of multi powerlization, opposing USA's hegemony on the world.In the out inside dilemma ,Russian foreign policy on USA holds such characteristics as inactivity and flexibility .Although tough in some way, the policy's base point is not confrontation but cooperation. Currently seen ,the policy is not possibility sure to lead the Russia USA relation's developing trend, but is hopeful to be successful.
