论法治与德治在社会主义市场经济中的辩证统一

On the Dialectical Unity of Rule by Law and Rule by Morality in Socialist Market Economy

法与德在本质上是统一的。两者具有相同的经济基础、一致的功能和价值 ,而且相互渗透。同时 ,两者又分属于不同的范畴 ,在表现形式、评价基础、调整范围上存在很大差异。社会主义市场经济既是法制经济 ,又是道德经济 ,迫切需要完善道德约束机制 。

Law and morality are united in nature. They share the same economic base, function and value. In addition, they infiltrate each other. However, they belong to different categories and differ greatly in form of expression, evaluation base and adjustment range. Socialist market economy is both legal economy and moral economy. It is in urgent need of perfecting moral constraining mechanism to realize the integration of rule by law and rule by morality.
