巨细胞旁网状外侧核和巨细胞网状核的传出投射 被引量:1

THE EFFERENT PROJECTION OF NUCLEUS PARAGIGANTOCELLULARIS GIGANTOCELLULARIS RETICULARIS

摘要 用放射自显影术观察大鼠脑中巨细胞旁网状外侧核(pgcl)和巨细胞网状核(rgi)的传出。上述核团发纤维于双侧下行至脊髓,终止于包括脊髓各段背角浅层在内的各板层。脑干中标记位于极后区、舌下神经核、迷走背核、孤束核联合核、三叉神经脊束核、疑核、臂旁复合体、楔状核、上、下丘和中缝核群。标记物也见于脚间核和蔡氏被盖腹侧区,室周附近,包括蓝斑复合体、导水管周围灰质(PAG)和Gudden被盖背核。丘脑的标记见于中线核群与板内核群。下丘脑有广泛标记。端脑部标记见于隔区、扣带皮质和海马中。 Nucleus retioularis Paragigantosellularis lateralis (PGCL) and nucleus reti-cularls gigantooellularis (RGI) are important nuclei in the medulla.We have used autoradiographic methods to trace the efferent projections of these two nuolei.Fibers originating from the nuolei showed relevant innervations in the spinal oord. The labeling was more apparent in the lamina 1, 5, 7, 9, 10 and nucleus oervioalis lateralis. In the brainstem, labeled fibers innervated the area postrema, both nuolei hypoglossi, moter nuolei vagi, nuolei tractus solitarii, nuolei ambiguous, nuolei traotus spinalis nervi trigemini, the parabrachial complex, nuolei cuneiform is inferior oollioulus, superior oollioulus, raphe nuolei group of the brainstem. Near ventricular system labeling was also seen in locus coeruleus, the subcoeruleus regions, nuolei tegmenti dorsalis Gudden and substa-ntia grisea centralis (SGC). In the mesenoephalon, there were also labeling in the nucleus interpeduncularis and areas ventralis tegmentalis.In the dienoephalon, labeling in the thalamus appeared mainly in the midl-ine nuclear group and intralaminar nuclear group. Labeling in the hypothaIsmus was seen in the nuolei posterior, nuolei ventro and dorsomedialis, nuolei anterior, nuolei paraventrioularis, median eminence, nuclei arouatus, nuolei supraopticus and nucleus supraohiasmsticus.In the telencephalon, labeling was present in the nuolei medialis septi, cingulabe cortex and hippocampal formstio.The efferent connection of RGi were similar with those of PGCL. But there were differences in SGC and nuolei parafascicularis.
