摘要
肺表面活性物质蛋白质(8P)在肺表面活性物质(PS)的生理功能发挥中起着重要的作用。本文采用Sephadex LH-20柱层析分离纯化了牛肺PS,SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析SP分子量分别为30×10~3、10.37×10~3和5.08×10~3。并采用膜天平测定表面活性比较了含SP与不合SP的PS磷脂的生物活(忄牛),发现SP在PS吸附性、单分子膜形成性和稳定性中起着不可缺少的作用。
Proteins play an important role in the physiologic function of pulmonary surfactant. Surfactant proteints were obtained by pulmonary lavage of the calf, and differentiated by sephadex LH-20 chromatography. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed the molecular weights of the surfactant proteins to be 30×103, 10.37×103, 5.08×103 respectively. Surface activities of surfactant phospholipids in the presence of or without surfactant proteins were assessed and compared.
