摘要
参考Small和Geisler两法加以改进。从鸡肫中提取纯化结蛋白,用淋巴结内微量注射法制备兔抗结蛋白抗体。用免疫组织化学染色法(PAP法)对抗结蛋白抗体作鉴定。结果:心肌、骨骼肌、平滑肌(除主动脉平滑肌)呈强阳性反应;胆管上皮细胞、胰腺导管上皮细胞、远端肾小管上皮细胞、汗腺分泌部上皮细胞部分呈弱阳性反应。
Desmin was purified from chicken gizzard according to the Small and Geisler methods with some modifications. Anti-desmin was raised in rabbits by injection of micrograms of desmin into lymph nodes. Anti-desmin was identified by immu-nohistochemical staining (PAP method), the results showed that striated muscles (including myocardia, skeleton muscle) and smoth muscle (except aorta) were strongly positive. Bile duct cells, pancreatic duct cells, distal tubular cells of kidney and the duot cells of sweat glands showed weakly positive reactions sporadically.
