摘要
研究了CO在铜铬银浸渍炭催化剂床层上的本征反应动力学。在不同的实验条件下如床层高度 ,催化剂颗粒粒度 ,比速和温度等 ,测定了CO在铜铬银浸渍炭催化剂床层上的反应转化率 ;同时 ,根据可能的催化反应机理建立了反应的机理模型 .实验结果表明 ,在实验范围内 ,CO在铜铬银浸渍炭催化剂床层上的本征反应是一个表面反应控制的一级催化反应 ,反应的活化能是 10 7.2 3kJ·mol-1.
s: By using the commercial activated carbon impregnated with copper,chromium and silver as catalyst,the intrinsic reaction kinetics of carbon monoxide oxidation in a fixed bed reactor is investigated .The conversion of carbon monoxide was measured under aseies of operation conditions with different bed height, particle diameter, superficial velocity and temperature. The experimental results show that the surface reaction on catalysts is the reaction rate control step,andthe oxidation of CO is a first-order catalytic reaction. The reaction activation energy of CO in impregnated carbon bed is 107.23kJ·mol -1.
