采煤机大型箱体铸造VRH造型(芯)技术的研究

The research on the VRH mould-making(core) techniques in casting large box of shearer

针对采煤机大型箱体铸造废品率较高的缺陷 ,探讨了改进传统工艺方法 ,开发采用VRH造型 (芯 )新技术的问题。通过相关分析 ,该技术对提高采煤机大型箱体的铸造质量有显著的效果。

Dealing with the defect of high waste rate in casting of large box of shearer,the author discusses the new methods to improve the traditional ways and the development in VRH mould_making(core) new techniques which can be more effective in promoting the casting quality by analysis.
