摘要
目的 为探讨三氯乙烯 (TCE)视网膜毒性与脂质过氧化的关系 ,进行了TCE兔的眼视网膜电流图 (ERG)及某些生化检测。方法 用浓度为 2、4g/m3 TCE分别对新西兰的白兔进行吸入式染毒 ,每日连续 4h ,每周 4d ,共 5周。结果 低剂量组 5周时ERGb波振幅与实验前、实验 1、3周时以及对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;高剂量组ERGb波振幅 3周时即呈现显著性下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,有明显的剂量 -反应关系。染毒 5周后 ,视网膜超氧化物歧化酶总活力 (SOD)较对照组降低 ,而丙二醛 (MDA)增高。ERGb波振幅与SOD呈正相关而与MDA呈负相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the retina toxicity and the lipid peroxidation of retina during the period of retinal damage due to trichloroethylent (TCE).Methods The New Zealand rabbits were exposed to 2 g/m 3 ( n =10) and 4 g/m 3 ( n =10) of TCE 4 h/d,4 d/week for 5 weeks by an inhalation chamber.Results The b wave amplitude of the rabbits exposed to TCE 2 g/m 3 for 5 weeks was significantly lower than that in the control, in the first week and in the third one, whereas in higher exposed group (4 g/m 3) this change even appears earlier, just at 3 weeks ( P <0.01). There was a significant dose relationship between b wave and TCE dose. SOD in the exposed retinal tissues was lower than that in the control, but MDA appeared to be higher. There was a significant positive correlation between the amplitude changes of ERG b wave and SOD, however, a remarkable negative correlation appeared between the amplitude changes of ERG b wave and MDA in the rabbits exposed retinal tissues.Conclusion It indicated that early TCE toxic retinopathy was possibly associated with lipid perioxidation.
