摘要
本文用血清 T_3、T_4甲状腺激素^(125)I放射免疫试剂盒测定方法予以改良后用于唾液 T_3、T_4(ST_3、ST_4)测定。正常人 ST_3、ST_4值分别为0.057±0.022及2.05±0.78nmol/L.甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者 ST_3、ST_4值明显增高(P 均<0.001)。ST_3、ST_4与 T_3、T_4相关(P<0.05及<0.05)。ST_3、ST_4批内变异系数(CV)分别为2.42%、1.99%;批间CV14.14%、10.12%。唾液容量与结合率呈线性关系。结果表明 ST_3、ST_4能反映血清甲状腺激素水平,可作为一种非侵入性检测手段.
Salivary triiodothyronine and thyroxine(ST_3 and ST_4)were measured with modified
radioimmunoassay.ST_3 and ST_4 levels in normal individuals were 0.057±0.022nmol/L and
2.05±0.78 nmol/L respectively.The levels of ST_3 and ST_4 in patients with hyrotoxicosis
were significantly higher than normal controls (both P<0.001).ST_3 and ST_4
correlated significantly with serum T3 and T4(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).The
intraassay coefficient of variations of ST_3 and ST_4 were 2.42% and 1.99%,and interassay
coefficient of variations were 14.14% and 10.12% respectively.There was linear correlation
between the B/T binding rate and salivary volume.These results showed that determina
tion of T_3 and T_4 in saliva can be used to estimate serum thyroid hormone levels.
