镇静调气法针刺不同腧穴治疗胸壁挫伤疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Contusion of Thoracic Wall Treated with Acupuncture of Sedation and Regulating Qi Method at Different Acupoints

方法 :将 12 0例胸壁挫伤病例分成阳陵泉组与外关组 ,采用镇静调气刺法治疗进行对照观察。结果 :阳陵泉组治愈率优于外关组 (P <0 0 5 )。辨证分型的比较 ,阳陵泉组无差异 ,外关组气滞型优于血瘀型 (P <0 0 1) ,病程短者优于病程长者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :用镇静调气法针刺阳陵泉、外关穴是治疗胸壁挫伤的有效方法 ,且阳陵泉与外关疗效有区别。

Methods 120 cases of contusions of thoracic wall were divided into Yanglinquan point group and Waiguan point group,which were treated with acupuncture of sedation and regulating Qi.Results The cured rate in the Yanglinquan point group was better than that of Waiguan point group(P<005).Comparision of syndrome types showed that there was no difference for the Yanglingquan point group,and Qi-stagnation type in the Waiguan point group was better than blood stasis type(P<001),short duration of disease was better than long one (P<005).Conclusion Acupuncture of sedation and regulating Qi method at Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Waiguan (TE 5) i s an effective method for treatment of contusions of thoracic wall.
