摘要 为了能快速、有效、准确地克隆出有意义的基因 ,本文就常用的三种基因克隆方法 ,即差异显示PCR、抑制性消减杂交、PAP -PCR ,从其原理、应用、优越性、主要缺陷等几方面进行了简要概述。这些方法为中医、针刺治疗各种疾病过程中有关的基因差异表达 ,以及有关基因分子克隆提供有效的分子生物学工具。 The principle , application,advantages and disadvantages of the commonly-used three cloning gene methods,i.e.,differential display rever s e-transcriptase PCR(DD RT-PCR),suppressi on subtractive hybridization(SSH) and RN A arbitrarily primed PCR(RAP-PCR)are bri efly introducted in order to clone signi ficant genes rapidly,effectively and acc urately.These methods provide effective molecular biologic tools for differentia l expression of gene and molecular cloni ng of gene in treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine and acupun cture-moxibustion.
