摘要
目的:减小基牙的应力反应,延长义齿的使用寿命。方法:从力学的角度提出一种对称性保留上颌或下颌2~4颗牙齿为基牙,作套入式可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损的修复方法,同时与卡环式可摘局部义齿的修复方法进行比较。结果:套入式可摘局部基牙的齿槽骨吸收率明显低于卡环式可摘局部义齿(P<0.01)。结论:套入式义齿扩大了义齿的基托面积,咀嚼时降低了基牙牙周组织的应力,避免了偏心力矩造成基牙支持组织受力不均的现象,为有健康余留牙的患者提供了新的修复途径。
Objective: To study a repair method of symmetrically maintaining two to four abutment of upper jaw or lower and a telescope repair of removable partial dentures. Methods: The methods of telescope repair and clasp were compared in this study. Results: The absorb rate of alveolar bone in telescope repair was much lower than that in clasp (P<0.01). The area of the dentures base increased in telescope dentures, and the stress of alveolar bone decreased. An uneven stress caused by eccentric moment was avoided. Conclusion: Telescope repair of removable partial dentures is a new repair method for patients who want to save healthy teeth.
