小鼠乳腺癌化疗后残留癌细胞的形态学研究

Morphological Study on the Residual Cancer Cells in Mice Mammary Carcinoma Treated with Chemotherapy

目的:光镜、电镜观察小鼠乳腺癌经有效的化疗后存活的药物抵抗性癌细胞的超微结构,探讨这类癌细胞的种类及与癌症复发的关系。方法:选用TAⅡ小鼠乳腺癌进行联合化疗,用光镜、电镜观察。结果:绝大部分癌细胞已死亡。坏死癌组织的碎屑中有存活的残留癌细胞存在。这些癌细胞具有未分化细胞的形态特征。残留的癌细胞在未经治疗的癌细胞群中也找到了相应的副本对应细胞。结论:化疗后残留的小鼠乳腺癌细胞是一种对多种化疗药物具有强大抵抗力的未分化细胞,它们可能是癌局部复发的潜在危险因素。

Objective: To observe the ultrastructure of the viable drug-resistance cancer cells in mice breast adenocarcinoma treated with potent chemotherapy, and to investigate their kinds and the possible relationship between these cancer cells and the recurrence of cancer. Methods: TAII mice with mammary carcinoma were treated with chemotherapy and studied by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results: Most cancer cells were killed, the residuals scattered in the necrosis were revealed still surviving. The cells showed many signs of undifferentiated cell type. Their counterparts were also seen in the control. Conclusion: The residual mice mammary cancer cells were undifferentiated and multidrug resistant. They were possibly be the potential risk factors which were responsible for the local recurrence of cancer.
