摘要
本文简要介绍了山东省历史上发生的风暴潮灾害情况，总结了山东省水文系统５０ 多年来在防潮减灾工作中取得的四条经验。在勘测搜集的潮汐水文资料基础上，研制了莱州 湾代表站的风暴潮预报方案，积极开展了风暴潮监测预报，直接服务于各级政府的防潮减 灾，取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
Firstly, this paper introduces briefly the storm surges and corresponding disasters happening in Shandong history, secondly, it summarizes four pieces of valuable experience stemming from fifty years surge prevention and disaster reduction work in Shandong hydrological system: (1) having collected a series of valuable tide data; (2) having drawn up a scientific and practical storm surge forecast scheme of Laizhou Bay; (3) carrying out the work of storm surge monitoring and forecasting timely, serving for surge prevention and disaster reduction, and having leaded to a lot of experience and social effect; (4) taking the academic exchanges and study on storm surge actively. At last, this paper produces four pieces of suggestion of carrying out surge prevention and disaster reduction work further. The relevant companies should work together and contribute to the cause of storm surge prevention.
