摘要
本文报告3例 Potter 氏综合征,均先天性无肾,并伴发羊水过少及胎儿宫内生长迟缓,其中1例子妊娠24周时由 B 超诊断,引产后尸检证实。作者认为在中孕时常规作 B 超检查,可提前作出 Potter 氏综合征的产前诊断,以降低围产儿死亡率。
Three cases of Potter's syndrome are reported.All the cases had congenital agenesisof kidney,oligohydramnios and intrauterine growth retardation.One case was diagnosed by ultrasound B scan at the 24th week of pregnancy and abortion was induced at once,and the diagnosis was verified by autopsy.The importance of routine ultrasound B scanexamination in the second trimester of pregnancy to diagnose Potter's syndrome is discussed.
