摘要
对产生影响胜利油田近海及沿岸地区东北大风及风暴潮灾害的两大类天气系统进行了具体分析，分别给出了冷锋配合江淮气旋产生东北大风及风暴潮的三种环流形势和两类影响胜利油田热带气旋移动路径及其预报着眼点。
In this article two types of weather system which exert influence on the North- East fresh gale and storm surge in the coastal areas of Shengli Oilfield have been specifically analyzed. Separately it shows the three circulation forms of cold-front and Jianghuai extratropical storm leading to North-East fresh gale and storm surge. Besides, it tells us the two types of the moving way of tropical cyclone in the Shengli Oilfield and their starting point in forecast.
