果糖胺测定——一种血清糖化蛋白测定方法 被引量:9

摘要 本文介绍了一种新的测定血清糖化蛋白的方法。方法的基础是糖化血清蛋白具有酮胺结构,在碱性环境中,能还原硝基四氮唑蓝。介绍了标准参照物 DMF(1-脱氧-1-吗啡啉果糖)的合成、比色测定的步骤及方法学的可靠性。测定了正常人26例及糖尿病病人66例的血清果糖胺水平,结果分别为1.86±0.13mM((?)±2SD)DMF 及2.55±0.48mM((?)±2SD)DMF,二者差异有显著性(P<0.001)。 A new colorimetric method for measurement of serum glycosyl protein is described.Basis of the method is that serum glycosyl protein has a ketoamine which acts as reducingagent to reduce nitroblue tetrazoline in alkaline condition.We introduce the synthesis ofcalibrated 1-deoxy-1-morpholinofructose(DMF),the assay procedure and the methodologicalsufficiency.Fructosamine in 66 diabetic patients and in 26 normal subjects were measured,and the fructosamine levels were found to be 2.55±0.48mM DMF and 1.86±0.13mMDMF respectively.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).
