监狱干警健康状况调查分析与对策

Health Status of Prison Policemen and Relevant Health Education Strategies

目的 了解监狱干警的健康状况 ,找出影响监狱干警健康的不利因素 ,提出健康教育对策。方法 对 1 5 75名干警进行健康检查 ,对检查结果进行分析。结果 监狱干警中高脂血症、脂肪肝、各类心血管疾病等慢性非传染性疾病的患病率较高。结论 应加强健康教育 ,减轻劳动强度 ,改善干警的工作条件和生活环境 ,以提高干警的健康状况和身体素质。

Objective To understand the health status of prison policemen and identify the negatively influencing factors thereof, so as to develop relevant health education strategies.Methods Physical examination was conducted among 1575 prison policemen working in Qinghe Branch, Beijing Prison Administration Bureau, and the results thus botained was analyzed.Results The prevalence rates of chronic non-infectious diseases, such as hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, and different cardiovascular diseases were rather high.Conclusion The health status of prison policemen is not very satisfactory.It is necessary to strengthen health education, decrease labor intensity, and improve working conditions and living environment to improve the health status of prison policemen.
