心腔粘液瘤48例临床分析及文献综述

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 48 CARDIAC MYXOMA CASES AND COLLECTIVE REVIEW

本文对我院自1967年5月至1990年3月收治的48例心腔粘液瘤进行临床分析,其中左房肿瘤42例:右房及右室肿瘤各2例;左室、左房多心腔粘液瘤2例。17例手术治疗,手术死亡4例(8.5%)。结合国内文献共336例,探讨了病因、病理和超声心动图的诊断价值,强调尽早手术并介绍了各种手术途径。

Forty-eight patients with cardiac myxoma were admitted from May 1967 to March1990.Forty-two myxomas were in the left atrium,2 each in the right atrium and rightventricle,and 2 multiple cardiac myxoma occurred in both the left ventricle and leftatrium.Forty-seven cases underwent operation with 4 deaths(8.5%).Clinical analysis andcollective review of 336 cases in literature are presented in respect to etiology,pathologyand particular value of echocardiography in diagnosis.Early operation is stressed and dif-ferent operative approaches are discussed.
