摘要
应用经颅多普勒超声无创伤性诊断大脑中动脉狭窄12例。所有病例均显示病变动脉处流速增快,伴有频谱增宽、紊流现象及血管杂音。经无创伤性和有创伤性检查的相关性对照,脑血管造影证实了动脉狭窄的程度与上述多普勒超声异常有密切关系。结果表明此方法可以作为大脑中动脉狭窄的重要辅助诊断。对大脑中动脉区域的缺血性病变进行无创伤、重复性好的、实时超声检测,能早期发现潜在的动脉狭窄。本文就该技术的可靠性及动脉狭窄的诊断随访进行讨论。
Twelve patients with middle cerebral artery(MCA)stenosis were examined with non-invasive transcranial doppler(TCD).Increased blood flow in the focal areas was shown,with accompanying spectral broadening,disturbed flow and murmur.Comparison of nan-invasive and invasive examinations was performed.Cerebral angiography confirmed theclose relationship between the severity of stenosis and production of the above mentionedsigns.The results showed that noninvasive TCD examination can be used as an importantsupplementary method for diagnosis and follow-up of MCA stenosis.Repeated and real-timenoninvasive TCD examinations of ischemia in MCA area can be used to detect incubativeMCA stenosis.The reliability of noninvasive TCD examination in diagnosis and follow-upof MCA stenosis are discussed.
