近年小儿菌痢的菌群分布及临床特点

FLORA DISTRIBUTION AND CLINICAL FEATURES OF DYSENTERY IN CHILDREN

对我院近6年培养出的1446株志贺氏菌进行了菌群分布的观察。结果 B 群占38.9%,D群60.9%,A_2群0.2%。B 群中以2a 型多见。另对近重年收治的143例小儿菌痢进行了分析,发现B 群病人临床症状较 D 群病人稍重,病程也较长.药敏试验中,91.0%的菌株对庆大霉素敏感,未见对氟哌酸的耐药株。

The flora distribution of 1446 strains of Shigella cultured during the period of Jan 1984to Dec 1989 was studied.The results showed that Group B accounted for 38.9%,GroupD 60.9% and Group A_2 0.2%,whereas Type 2a was the commonest strain of pathogenin Group B.One hundred forty-three children suffering from the disease admitted in thepast 4 years were analysed.The clinical manifestations in patients infected with Group BShigella were found more severe than those infected with Group D.Drug sensitivity testrevealed that 91.0% of the strains were sensitive to gentamycin,and no strains resistantto norfloxacin.
