摘要
以数码相机为图像采集系统 ,通过计算机图像处理、最佳测量位置选择和系统误差修正等手段 ,使轮缘高度、轮缘厚度及踏面磨耗测量精度达到 0 .1mm,实现了轮对踏面参数的非接触式测量及数据处理智能化。
The digital camera is used as the picture collection system, with such measures as computer picture processing, optimum measurement position selection and system error rectification, the measurement precision for wheel flange height, wheel flange thickness and tread wear reaches 0 1 mm, and the non contact measurement of wheel set tread parameters and the intelligent data processing are realized.
