Analysis about the "Four Preventions" of Passenger Car Bogies after Speed Increase and Counter Measures

针对提速客车“四防”工作出现的新问题 ,从客车转向架主要部件的入厂状态入手 ,归纳了客车转向架运用中存在的问题和缺陷部位 ,分析了产生问题的原因 ,并提出了对策措施。

In view of the new problems appeared in the 'four preventions' for the speed increased passenger cars, beginning from the factory entering conditions of main parts of passenger car bogies, the problems existing in operation of passenger car bogies are summed up, the causes to the problems are analyzed, and the counter measures are put forward.
