摘要
分析了过去设计的常压炉转油线两种布置方式存在的问题 ,提出了新的布置方式 :将常压炉与常压塔布置在一条直线上 ,不使用任何形式的管道补偿 ,仅利用炉管柔性吸收位移 ,使管线结构简单 ,设备平面布置紧凑 ,节省了管材和投资。
Problems in designing transfer line of atmospheric heater were analyzed and a new mode put forward.The heater and atmospheric distillation tower were arranged on the same line without any tube compensation but just with the flexibility of heater tubes to absorb the displacement.In this way,equipment and pipeline can be compactly laid out as a whole.Stress analysis and production showed that this arrangement mode is feasible.
