摘要
介绍了卧式离心沉降分离机在炼油厂“三泥”脱水和PTA装置污泥脱水中的应用。炼油厂浮渣和油泥经浓缩后水含量为 98%左右 ,再经离心机脱水 ,滤后液水含量为 99.9% ,滤饼水含量为 75 %～ 85 %。TA通过酸沉、离心机脱水处理后 ,去除率达到了 80 %～ 90 % 。
The application of domestic horizontal centrifuge in 'oily sludge,floating sludge and activated sludge' dewatering in refinery and sludge dewatering of PTA(polyterephthalic acid) unit was introduced.After concentrating,the water content in floating and oily sludge are 98%.By further centrifugal dewatering,the filtrate water content is 99.9%,while the filter cake's is 75%～85%.Through acid settlering and centrifugal dewatering,the removal percent of TA(terephthalic acid) reached 80%～90% and the filtrate became clear.
