摘要 用粉末冶金法制备WC/Ni3 Al复合材料焊条 ,堆焊于 1Cr2 5Ni2 0耐热钢的表面 ,获得的复合材料的耐磨粒磨损性能是4 5钢的 3倍以上 ,耐硫化腐蚀性高于 1Cr2 5Ni2 0耐热钢 1倍 ,高于钴基合金Stellite 6约 5 0 %。用其制作火电厂燃烧室的喷口钝体 ,使用寿命较原 8Cr2 6Ni4Mn3大幅度提高 ,可达到 8个月以上。 WC/Ni\-3Al composite welding rods made from powders of WC, Ni, NiAl and NiB by powder technology were lap welded on the surfaces of heat resistant steel 1Cr25Ni20. The wear resistant of the welding composites was three times better than that of steel 45, and the sulfur corrosion resistant ability was one time better than that of heat resistant steel 1Cr25Ni20 and increased 50% than that of Co base alloy Stellite 6. The life of distributors made from the composite for burning room in coal power station was markedly increased compared to steel 8Cr26Ni4Mn3 and more than 8 months.
