以过氧化二异丙苯 (DCP)为引发剂 ,在Haake转矩流变仪中进行 10 -十一烯酸熔融接枝ABS树脂。纯化后样品的红外光谱分析表明 ,10 -十一烯酸接枝ABS产物在 1717cm-1处出现了明显的CO基吸收峰 ,证实 10 -十一烯酸接枝到了ABS树脂上。研究了单体质量分数、引发剂质量分数、反应温度和转子转速对接枝聚合物接枝率的影响。单体质量分数、引发剂质量分数增加 ,接枝率增加。熔融接枝的最佳反应温度为 190℃。转速对接枝率影响较小。 10
s The melt grafting of undecylenic acid onto acrylonitrile butadiene styrene terpolymer (ABS) was initiated by dicumy1 peroxide(DCP) in Haake Rheometer.The infrared spectra results confirmed that undecylenic acid was successfully grafted onto ABS backbone.The influences of monomer mass fraction,DCP mass fraction,reaction temperature and rotating velocity on grafting degree were investigated.The grafting degree increased with the increase of monomer mass fraction and DCP mass fraction.The optimum reaction temperature was 190℃.Rotating velocity had little influence on grafting degree.ABS g undecylenic acid had considerable compatibility effect on ABS/PA blends.
