摘要
借助HAAKERHEOCORD 90流变仪分别在 14 0℃、16 0℃和 180℃ 3个温度下 ,研究了LDPE/EVA和LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH ) 2 阻燃复合材料的流变行为。研究结果表明 :LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2 阻燃复合材料的熔体流动行为同LDPE/EVA一样 ,仍属于非牛顿型假塑性流体流动行为。不同剪切速率下 ,LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH ) 2 阻燃复合材料与LDPE/EVA粘流活化能相差很小 ,说明LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2 阻燃复合材料与LDPE/EVA一样 ,其熔体粘度对温度不十分敏感。相同温度下 ,LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2 阻燃复合材料的挤出膨胀比低于LDPE/EVA ,这一特性说明LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2
s The rheological behavior of LDPE/EVA and LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2flame resistant composite at 140℃?160℃?180℃ were studied by means of HAAKE RHEOCORD 90 instrument.The result indicated the melting fluidflow behavior of LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2was also belong to non Newtonian fluid as LDPE/EVA.At different shear rate,the flow activation energy of LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2was very close to that of LDPE/EVA,and it was explained that the melting viscosity of LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2was not quite sensitive to temperature as LDPE/EVA. At the same temperature,the Barus effect of LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2was lower than that of LDPE/EVA,and it was explained that the product size stability of LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH) 2 was better than that of LDPE/EVA.
