摘要 指出了传统注射成型方法存在的问题以及由此制约了注射成型方法的应用和发展。作者提出了突破传统观念的螺杆旋转注射成型方法。为了证明旋转注射成型方法的可行性和实用性,从注射成型的三大要素:旋转注射压力,旋转注射能力以及旋转注射温度结合三种典型的橡胶制品:IIR密封套,轮胎胶囊和氟橡胶油田螺旋泵定子衬套进行了实验研究。通过研究证明旋转注射成型方法的原理是成功的,同时也证明旋转注射成型方法能够很好的应用于生产实践。 The disadvantages of the traditional injection molding method and resulting restriction on the applications and development of the injection molding method were pointed out. A screw rotating injection molding method which breaks through the traditional viewpoint was put forward by the authors. To prove the feasibility and practicability of the rotating injection molding method, experimental study was carried out with three processing parameters, i.e., rotating injection pressure, rotating injection capacity and rotating injection temperature. Three typical rubber products, including IIR sealing bush, tyre bladder and fluorine rubber liner bushing for stator within the propeller pump used in the oil-field were molded by injection. The study demonstrated that the principle of rotating injection molding method is successful and it can be well used in the production.
