摘要
本文分析3065例尸检报告,各年代尸检数不平衡,近年虽略有增加,但仍徘徊在较低水平,在2159例小儿及成人尸检中,40年来诊断符合率为71.1％。肿瘤40年来在尸检中显著上升,而传染病和寄生虫病及呼吸系疾病则明显下降。本文还对尸检的现状及误诊原因等进行了讨论。
3,065 autopsies in 40 years (1949-1989) were studied based on the International Clas- sification of Disease. The number of autopsies varied and increased in recent years. 28.9% of pathological diagnoses did not accord with clinical diagnoses. In the 40 years, cases of neoplasm increased while those of infection and parasitic disease, respiratory disease decreased notably. The importance of autopsy and the reasons of misdiagnosis are discussed.
