旋风分离器内三维紊流场的数值模拟 被引量:46

摘要 用数值模拟方法计算了一种单蜗入口旋风分离器内的紊流过程。对紊流的处理分别采用了标准的κ-ε二方程模型和Reynolds应力输运模型。与实测速度分布对比结果表明:Reynolds应力模型计算结果与实测值吻合较好,κ-ε二方程模型计算结果与实测值吻合较差,可以将Reynolds应力模型作为研究旋风分离器分离性能、能量损耗的工具。这主要由于旋风分离器内部的流动是三维强旋流,而在κ-ε二方程模型中作了紊流各向同性的假设。因此,适当选用紊流模型后,数值模拟方法对强旋流或大曲率流动可以给出令人满意的结果。 The numerical simulation of turbulent flow in the cyclone with single spiral inlet was carried out. The standard k-ε model and Reynolds stress transport model were used separately for the simulation. The simulation results were compared with the measurement data. It showed that predictions with Reynolds stress model were in reasonable agreement with the measured results, but the ones with k-ε model were poor. The reason was the assumption of turbulence isotropy in the latter disaccorded to the three-dimension strongly swirling flow in cyclone. The results showed that for the strongly swirling flow or large-curvature flow, numerical simulation could give reasonable results with proper turbulence model.
