摘要
对栅形网板支承的双面强化传热缩放管束在轴流式双壳程结构管壳式换热器中的液-液传热强化及流阻性能做了工业试验,流体介质为三甲苯工作液及水。试验结果表明,与传统单弓形折流隔板支承光滑传热管的管壳式换热器相比,总传热系数提高63%,壳程压降可减少18%。
The heat transfer and flow resistance performance of shell and tube heat exchanger with double shell pass using convergent and divergent rough tube (C-D tube) bundle supported by grid nets (DSCDT) were commercially tested. The flow media used in the heat exchanger were trimethylbenzene and water. The results of experiment showed that the overall heat transfer coefficient of DSCDT heat exchanger was 63% higher than that of segment baffled smooth tube bundle heat exchanger, and the shell side pressure drop was reduced by 18%.
