摘要
以适当的石蜡基中性油和光亮油为基础油组分,辅以聚甲基丙烯酸酯类化合物为增粘降凝剂,调配出75W/90粘度级的车辆齿轮油基础油,研究了基础油与各添加剂以及添加剂与添加剂相互间的配伍性,以添加剂加入总量为7.8％所调配的车辆齿轮油,具有较好的质量稳定性和储存安定性;理化性能测试和台架试验结果表明,质量达到API GL-5水平,粘度级别为75W/90。
75W/90 GL-5 automotive gear oil was formulated by mineral oil stocks such as paraffinic neutral oil and bright stock as base oil, blending with polymethacrylate compotmd having Ⅵ improving property as pour point depressant. The compatibility between base oil and additives as well as among additives was investigated. The formulated automotive gear oil with 7.8% total additive dosage possessed good quality stability and storability. The physical-chemical properties and the bench scale test results indicated that the said gear oil met the requirements of SAE 75W/90 and API GL-5.
