摘要
焦化汽油由于品质较差,需要进行改质。在工业装置上实际应用的各种改质方案中,通过比较认为,作为催化裂化反应终止剂和加氢后作为重整掺炼原料两种方案都是适用的,但作为催化裂化提升管底部汽油进料方案的经济性好,流程短,是焦化汽油改质的最好方案。
Coker gasoline should be upgrading to improve its quality. Several upgrading schemes were carried on the commercial units. The comparison result showed that although both of using coker gasoline as FCC reaction termination agent or blending the hydrotreated coker gasoline into the reforming feedstock could be adoptable, however, the best scheme was injecting the coker gasohne into the bottom of FCC riser. The latter had the advantages of short flow scheme and economic benefit.
