Mechanism of Deactivation of FX-02 Catalyst in the Alkylation of Benzene with Ethylene

通过分析失活催化剂上的杂质组成 ,表征失活催化剂的酸性质、晶体结构及孔结构的变化 ,发现催化剂失活是由于无机小分子硫化物在催化剂晶内表面的吸附 ,导致催化剂的活性中心被覆盖。硫化物对催化剂不同酸位的影响不同 。

By means of the analysis of impurities on the deactivated FX-02 catalyst and characterization of acid property,crystal structure and hole structure of the deactivated catalyst,it has been found that the deactivation of FX-02 catalyst is due to the adsorption of inorganic sulfides on the inner surface of catalyst crystallite covering the active sites of catalyst.In addition,the adsorbed sulfides on the catalyst affect medium strong acid sites more evidently than weak and strong acid sites.
