摘要
采用1 3CNMR、GPC和DSC等分析测试方法对用DQ型球形催化剂在间歇法聚丙烯生产装置上所生产的聚丙烯的规整性、相对分子质量及其分布、聚合物的热行为等进行了研究。结果表明 ,所生产的聚丙烯分子链五单元组含量 (摩尔分数 )为 90 %左右 ,三单元组含量为 90 %左右 ,聚合物的相对分子质量分布为 5~ 6 ,聚合物的熔点 16 3~16 5℃ ,比较适宜于膜类和注塑类产品的生产。聚丙烯树脂具有较好的物理机械性能 。
The structure and properties including polymer stereoregularity, relative molecular mass and distribution and thermal behavior of polypropylene produced with DQ spherical catalyst on industrial batch reactors were studied by 13 C NMR,GPC and DSC. The results show that the contents in molar fraction of pentads and triads in polypropylene molecular chain are both circa 90%, with apolymer relative molecular mass distribution of 5~6 and a melting point of 163~165 ℃.The polymer is suitable for film and injection molding products. The resin has good physical and mechanical properties.
