摘要
针对环氧氯丙烷装置盐酸吸收塔的腐蚀状况 ,分析了该塔原材质的局限性。通过对三种材料的现场挂片试验和技术经济分析 ,选择了Derakane 470 30 0树脂并以该树脂为主材制作了盐酸吸收塔 。
The article analyses the limitation of materials used in hydrochloric acid absorption tower according to the corrosion condition of the tower in epoxy chlorporopane unit. Based on the experiment in situ and technical economic analysis of three materials, derakane 470~300 resin has been selected and used in the hydrochloric acid absorption tower, The applied effect is excellent.
