摘要
提出了一种新的不锈钢着色方法——载波钝化着色,即在无铬的硫酸溶液中用载波钝化的电化学方法得到各种色彩的不锈钢表面。同时研究了载波钝化着色膜的性质。研究结果表明,不锈钢表面的色彩是由于膜的干涉所致,膜层结构呈微晶——非晶过渡态,而且膜层的导电性具有整流性。
A new coloring method, alternating voltage passivation, was originated to obtain color films on stainless steel in Cr-free sulfuric acid solution. The properties of colored film on AISI304 stainless steel was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), as also the relationships between the film color and its thickness. The results showed that the film was amorphous and porous, and its color was produced by interference of the reflected light from the metal/film and film/air interfaces. The film had a structure of minicrystal-amorphous transition state and could act as a rectifier by the electric conductivity measurements.
