水轮机抗磨环的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 利用MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机,研究了木纤维素浸渍树脂在水润滑条件下与不锈钢对摩时的摩擦学特性,同时还利用扫描电子显微镜,对试样磨损表面进行了显微观察与分析。结果表明,木纤维素浸渍树脂与不锈钢对摩时在水润滑和干摩擦环境下的摩擦系数分别为0.24和0.53,磨损率分别为2.72×10-6 mm3/(N.m)和9.27×10-5mm3(N.m)。在水润滑条件下,木纤维素的磨损机理有犁沟切削和机械微切削;在干摩擦条件下,树脂由于摩擦温升发生热分解,发生粘着磨损。 The friction and wear behavior of wood fibre dipping resin coupled with stainless steel under water lubricating has been studied by using MM-200 friction wear test equipment. The friction surfaces of specimens were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It has been found that friction coefficients of wood fibre dipping resin on stainless steel under water lubricating and dry friction were 0.24 and 0.53, wear rates were 2.72×10-6mm3/(N·m) and 9.27×10-5 mm3/(N·m), respectively. Under water lubricating, wear mechanism of wood fibre dipping resin were ploughing and mechanical microcutting. Under dry friction, resin was pyrolyzed and occurred adhesive wear for rising of friction surface's temperature.
