用双环氧化合物(EP)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)在高温下合成聚恶唑烷酮(POXDN),考察了1227催化剂的作用和不同的E/I比值(EP和TDI的摩尔比)对合成物的影响。电位滴定和IR证明,E/I>1的合成物是端基为环氧基团内含OX环和IS环的POXDN。以合成的丁酮亚胺作为POXDN的潜伏性固化剂,制成单组分涂料。测试结果表明,该涂层的物理和机械性能、阻垢性能、水接触角、耐热性以及耐水煮性等性能均较好,尤其是憎水性和耐热性。适用于做水冷换热器涂层,将该种涂料涂装于石化厂在役水冷换热器上,2年的运行结果也证明了以上结论。
Polyoxazolidone (POXDN) was synthesized by diisocyanate (I) and diepoxy (E) compounds at high temperature. The effect of catalyzer and ratio of E/I on the resultant have been investigated by mean of potentiometric titration of epoxy value (EPV) and the isocyanato content (IV) in synthetic compounds. It has been proved by chemical analysis and IR that the synthesized compounds, if E/I > 1, contain OX rings and a few IS rings with epoxy as end groups. A new kind of monoingredient paint was prepared by proportionally mixing POXDN and diketimine synthesized as latent curing agent. The results showed that of the coating had excellent physical mechanical properties, scale-resistant, water contact angle and boiling water resistance, especially in hydrophobicity and heat-resistivity. It was suitable for water-cooled heat exchanger, which has been proved by operating for two years of the painting water-cooled heat exchangers service in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Industry Corporation.
