一种能同时鉴定肠杆菌科、弧菌科和巴斯德菌属微量生化菌种鉴定系统的建立

摘要 作者以自行编制的计算机软件制作编码手册,研究制板技术,建立了SWF(上海卫生防疫)-发酵性革兰氏阴性杆菌微量生化菌鉴系统。该系统能以简便形式同时鉴定肠杆菌科、弧菌科和巴斯德苗属。以1054株(两科一属50个分类单位)作SWF-A板,其正确鉴定率达99.62%。该系统并能帮助分离鉴定肠侵袭性大肠杆菌和肠出血性大肠杆菌,且在广大医疗和卫生基层单位的细菌检验中,对提高弧菌科等菌的检出率上有重要作用。 Making the code-manual with the microcomputer-software made by ourselves and stud ying the technique of making plate, we have established the SWF (Shanghai Hygiene and- Anti-epidemic) system for identification of fermentative gram negative rods. Enterobacteri- aceae, Vibrionaceae and Pasteurella can be identified at the same time in a simple way. The correct identification rate was 99.62% with the SWF-A system in 1,054 strains including two families and one genus studied. The unique abilities of SWF-A system to help isolate and identify EIEC and EHEC and enhancing the detection rate of Vibrionaceae are discussed.
