摘要
涤纶分散染料染色在热定形后时常发现水洗牢度下降 ,这是因为分散染料分子受热由纤维内部向外迁移所致 ,即热迁移现象。迁移程度随染料、染色工艺、整理条件而异。正确选择染料可以避免这类问题。
After heat setting or some kinds of finishing,the fastness to washing of PES disperse dyeing would be decreased.This is because the setting energy can drive disperse dye molecules migrate to fiber surface,i.e,thermal migration.Its degree depends on dyeing,finishing,dyestuff as well as its auxiliaries.Suitable selection of disperse dyes can avoid this problem.
