应用高聚物玻璃化转变理论,论述了微胶囊在喷雾干燥过程中的玻璃化转变,探讨了影响微胶囊包埋率和贮藏稳定性的因素,并提出了改善微胶囊技术的方法。
A“polymer glass transition theory'was used to analysis the glass transition behavior during the spray drying microencapsulation.Factors affecting retention and storage stability of microcapsules was discussed and improved suggestions were given.
