Cell immobilized in calcium alginate gel beads for application in the food industry

摘要 综述了海藻酸钙的性质、固定化细胞的制备方法、稳定性及在食品工业中的应用。 In this paper the characteristic of alginate is described.The preparation and stability of immobilized cell are summrised and its application in the food industry is also discussed.
