用显著性检验方法判断全乳固体快速测定方法的可靠性

Reliability testing of rapid analysis on determination of solid phase in milk by means of significance test

用GB5409—85规定的减量法与快速测定法测定同一份样品,通过对试验数据的收集、整理,再用数理统计中的F检验法和t检验法,检验全乳固体含量。结果表明,两种牛乳固体测定方法中的数据不存在显著的差异性,从而证明了全乳固体快速测定方法是科学的,结果是可靠的。

By means of decrement method presented in GB5409-85 and rapid analysis the same sample was tested.By data collecting,arranging and testing with F test and t test methods in mathematical statistics,we found that there wasn't significance difference between the two methods in testing the solid phase in milk. The result proved that rapid analysis method was scientific and reliable.
