我国烟草育种工作发展思路

Development thinking of tobacco breeding research in China

从不同角度对我国烟草育种科研工作进行了探讨,提出了今后我国烟草育种科研工作的发展思路、目标及要求,对完善烟草育种科研工作体系,人才培养,建立健全品种审定、种子检验制度,发展种子产业化及建立激励机制等提出了见解,并提出了“十五”期间烟草育种的重点攻关内容。

The tobacco breeding research work in China is discussed from different respects.The development ideas,objective and demands of tobacco breeding are put forward.Some proposals for perfecting tobacco breeding system,developing talent,establishing and perfecting variety evaluation and seed test system,real-izing seed industrialization,establishing encouraging system and so on are also put forward.Key work of tobacco breeding during the tenth Five-year Plan is defined.
