后期热处理对酚类胶室外用刨花板尺寸稳定性的影响

Effects of Heat Post-treatment on the Dimensional Stability of Exterior Particleboard Boned with Phenol Resin

研究了后期热处理对酚类胶室外用刨花板尺寸稳定性的影响，结果表明，后期热处理可以有效降低酚类胶刨 花板的吸水厚度膨胀率（ＴＳ），提高刨花板的尺寸稳定性，对强度性能指标影响不显著。在１９０℃温度下处理１５ｍｉｎ， 酚醛胶杨木刨花板的ＴＳ下降了１８．５３％，酚醛胶落叶松刨花板的ＴＳ下降了２４．６３％，单宁胶杨木刨花板的ＴＳ下 降了３０．６４％，单宁胶落叶松刨花板的ＴＳ下降了２４．４９％。

Effects of heat post-treatment on the dimensional stability of exterior particleboard bonded with phenol resin were discussed. The results indicated that heat post-treatment could reduce the thickness swelling (TS) of particleboard effectively, and had no great effects on the board strength properties. Under the condition of temperature of 190℃ for 15mm, the TS of PF poplar particleboard decreased by 18.53% , the TS of PF larch particleboard by 24.63% , the TS of tannin-based adhesive poplar particleboard by 30.64% ,the TS of tannin-based adhesive larch particleboard by 24.49%.
