摘要
研究实时压缩图像问题 ,改进完善了高保真高速遥感系统 。
The authors have investigated the real time compressed image system,improve the high fidelity and speed telemetry system,present one compressive ratio which can be apt to hardware implementation and dynamic adjustment project and optimum ascertainment means setting parameters.
