摘要
综述甲壳素和壳聚糖化学改性的发展现状 ,涉及碱化、酯化、醚化。
The current development situation and chemical modification of chitin and chitosan are summarized.The structure,characteristics and preparation method of alkalify,esterify,etherify,N acylating esterify,as well as oxidation reaction produce of chitin and chitosan are involved in this paper.
